– Linde Korea held a Signing Ceremony for Partnership Agreement with EM Solution
2016年2月22日,林德(韩国)与韩国领先的绿色发展公司Energy & Marine Solution Co. Ltd(以下简称“EM”)签署了一份合作协议,以推进在韩国的加氢站业务开发项目,并通过合作增加公司的业务竞争力。该协议将两大公司的优势与能力强强联合,以合作的形式提供整体解决方案,其深远意义不言而喻。
EM与林德(韩国)的合作已初见成效,双方共同开发的新型KGS氢测试站使EM最近荣获了一个奖项。在KGS的测试中心,林德(韩国)与EM Solution各展所长,由林德(韩国)提供离子压缩机技术并负责氢气供应,而EM Solution则负责加氢站的建设与维护工作。
林德开发了一项独特的创新压缩技术-用于压缩氢气的离子压缩机,该技术目前已获专利。与金属活塞压缩的不同之处,在于本解决方案采用一种离子液体,通过其上下运动对氢气进行压缩。此液体由定制盐分子组成,其特殊的理化属性能够防止其与氢气混合。此外,因压缩所产生的热量能够通过气缸直接散热,而金属活塞的散热必须通过热交换才能实现。
目前,林德已为100多家加氢站提供此先进技术,在全球市场份额中位居第一。林德(韩国)今年有望为当地政府机构供应两台离子压缩机产品,公司将通过供应高质量的加氢站产品,积极响应韩国政府降低碳排放量的政策量。

On 22nd February 2016, Linde Korea signed a partnership agreement with Energy & Marine Solution Co. Ltd (EM Solution), Korea’s leading green growth company, to drive the domestic Hydrogen Refueling Station (HRS) business development project and strengthen our business competitiveness through cooperation. This agreement is to be noted for its symbolic meaning as well as combining the capabilities of the two companies for providing a total solution through this cooperation.
Already this partnership has produced success with the recent award to EM and its partnership with Linde Korea for the development of the new KGS hydrogen testing station. Within the testing center KGS operates, Linde Korea and EM Solution will share duties, where Linde Korea will provide ionic compressor technology and related hydrogen gas supply, while EM Solution will be in charge of construction and maintenance of the filling station.
Linde has developed and patented an innovative and unique compression technology - the ionic compressor for the compression of hydrogen. Instead of a metal piston, this solution is based on an ionic liquid which compresses the gas by its up-and-down motion. This liquid consists of tailor-made salt molecules with special physical and chemical properties which prevent them from mixing with the hydrogen gas. Moreover, the ionic compressor removes the compression heat directly from the cylinder, whereas with metal pistons, the heat must be removed by means of heat exchangers.
With this advanced technology, Linde has many references of more than 100 HRSs and maintained its No.1 market share over the world. Linde Korea expects to supply two ionic compressor products to local governments this year and we will contribute to Korea government’s policy to reduce carbon emission by supplying high-quality HRS products.
