4月,为满足Vapormate产品的加气需求,林德韩国于仁州(Inju, Chungnam province)成功新建二氧化碳混合加气设备并投入试运行。
该设备使用全自动系统,月加气量约2000瓶。2015年7月,林德东亚区批准投资建设该项目。经韩国燃气安全公社、韩国职业安全与健康局及忠清南道省等相关政府部门批复后,加气站于2015年11月投入建设。
项目交付团队由RSE技术监察员和当地平台团队组成,他们与当地财务团队和采购团队紧密合作,在文本准备、想法收集等各个环节快速反应,集思广益,力争提高利润、优化表现。整个团队成员高度投入到项目之中,他们专业负责,精诚合作。正是因为有这样一个团队,工程才得以按期交付。他们成功地将费用控制在预算范围内,并且整个过程未出现任何安全问题。
试运行期间,一位来自韩国农业发展署的官员表示:“这是我看到过的第一个使用全自动系统的加气站。在加气站运行技术方面,这是一次非比寻常的尝试。我相信,不管是对林德韩国,还是对整个农业用气领域来说,这都是一次里程碑式的进步。”
New Vapormate Filling Station in Inju Site
On April 2016, Linde Korea has successfully constructed and conducted a trial run of its new carbon dioxide (CO2) mixture filling facility for Vapormate product in Inju, Chungnam province.
The new CO2 mixture filling facility has a monthly production capacity of around 2,000 cylinders and is fully equipped with total automation system. Investment was approved by REA in July 2015, and the plant construction began in November 2015 after receiving government permissions from many government regulatory agencies – Korea Gas Safety Corporation (KGS), Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency (KOSHA), Korea Industrial Complex Corporation (KICOX), Rural Development Administration (RDA), Asan city, and Chungnam province.
Project delivery teams – RSE Technician Supervisor and the local Platform team worked closely with the local Finance & Control team and Procurement team to act fast from documentation, idea generation, and up to project delivery to maximize profit and optimize plant performance. The dedication and commitment from every team member, combined with strong collaboration, enabled us to execute the project successfully on schedule, within budget, but without any safety issues.
During the trial run, an official from RDA mentioned, “I have never seen a filling station with a total automation system equipped. This is truly a remarkable plant operation technology, and I believe it will be a milestone not just for Linde Korea business, but also for the respective gases and agriculture/farming industries.”
