为达到新国标《生活饮用水卫生标准_GB_5749-2006》的要求，使用臭氧进行深度处理是自来水行业的发展趋势。上海市“十三五”规划将臭氧 生物活性炭处理工艺作为市政自来水厂的标准工艺。这一新工艺不但能够起到高效消毒、脱色以及改善口感的作用，而且可以大大减少氯的使用，最终满足直饮要 求。
林德提供的纯氧被应用在现场制备高浓度臭氧，并用于臭氧深度处理工艺。在争取订单过程中，林德为客户提供了详尽的臭氧制备方案，并为臭氧和纯氧在饮 用水行业的更多应用提供了技术咨询。林德的SOLVOX®方案为客户减少了饮用水中化学品氯的投放量，提高了臭氧使用效率以及饮用水灭菌杀毒的质量，为广 大市民提供更安全的饮用水作出了贡献。
此外，林德应用技术和全球研发团队还将和上海城投水务（集团）开展更多创新应用技术的合作，例如正在试验中的林德SOLVOX-A臭氧曝气技术，目 标是提高臭氧使用效率，降低综合成本，预计将于2016年上半年投入应用。同时，双方正在共同研发臭氧污泥稳定化技术，针对城市污水处理与工业废水处理中 日益严重的污泥处理处置问题，提供减量化、稳定化、无害化、和资源化综合利用的创新技术，在水十条和环保十三五规划的驱动力促进下，为客户创造更高价值。
Early in 2016, Linde won the pure oxygen order of Yangshupu water plant under Shanghai SMI Water Group Co., Ltd. after a fierce bidding. This is the first gas contract with a huge amount of money for a period of three years that Linde has ever won in public drinking water industry in China.
To meet the requirements specified by X.G.B Drinking Water Health Standards _GB_5749-2006, deep water treatment by ozone is a trend for development of drinking water industry. In 13th Five-year Plan of Shanghai, ozone-biological activated carbon treatment technology is among the standard technologies employed by public water plant. This new technology can not only make sure efficient disinfection, bleaching and taste improvement, but greatly reduce the use of chlorine, and ultimately meet the requirements of direct drinking.
The pure oxygen supplied by Linde can be used for preparation of high concentration ozone and deep treatment process of ozone. To win the contract, Linde formulated detailed ozone preparation plan for its customers and provided technical advice for more applications of ozone and pure ozone in drinking water industry. Linde’s SOLVOX® solution has helped customers reduce the amount of chemical chlorine added into drinking water and improved the efficiency of ozone and ozone’s sterilization effect in drinking water, thus contributing significantly to safer drinking water available to the general public.
In addition, Linde’s Application Technology and Global Research and Development Team will carry out more cooperation with Shanghai SMI Water Group Co., Ltd. in innovative application technologies. An example is Linde SOLVOX-A ozone aeration technology that is under test, aiming to improve the efficiency of ozone and to reduce the overall cost. It is expected such technology will be put into application in the first half of 2016. Meanwhile, both sides are working together to develop ozone sludge stabilization technology, aiming to provide innovative technology for reduced, stabilized, harmless and recycling applications against the ever increasingly serious problem on sludge treatment and disposal in urban sewage treatment and industrial wastewater treatment, and to create more values for the customers in the light of the Ten-Measure Action Plan to Tackle Water Pollution and 13th Five-Year Plan For Environmental Protection.
