在林德集团亚太区应用工程团队及东亚区传播部的大力支持下，我们对舟山市场的开发采取了一系列举措，包括在舟山召开了深冷速冻技术研讨会，旨在使潜 在客户在理论上了解深冷速冻对海产品保鲜保值的重要性。为能让深冷速冻的潜在客户亲眼见到并体验到林德单体速冻技术的优势及产品使用这种速冻的好处，集团 亚太区应用工程团队制造并提供了一套移动式CRYOLINE®CW多用途冷冻机，极大地方便了在活动现场对客户进行速冻应用示范。
2016年1月26日，林德气体食品应用方案全国巡演舟山站活动在舟山喜来登酒店成功举办，共约50位潜在客户踊跃参加了活动。活动以研讨会的形式 向潜在客户全面介绍了深冷速冻技术。我们提前做了充足准备，邀请了浙江大学海洋研究所的杨志坚教授在活动上对客户讲演，从第三方学术机构意见领袖的角度， 阐述深冷速冻对食品保鲜的重大意义。同时我们还在会场外展出了移动式深冷速冻示范设备，使与会者留下了深刻印象，为今年推出低温冷冻技术打下了良好基础。 本次活动内容形式丰富，包括公司介绍、专题演讲及案例分享等等。
- Linde’s national tour of gaseous food application solutions in Zhoushan
Food freezing and aquaculture are two key directions of Linde’s application market development in food and beverage segment, especially seafood freezing that even embodies the key pointcut of Linde bringing added value to customers in cryogenic quick freezing. Zhoushan is abound in seafood, and is also located in the key area of Linde’s gas supply in Ningbo. Therefore, focusing on Zhoushan seafood market is one of the strategic objectives of Linde’s application market development.
With the strong support of Asia-pacific Applications team at The Linde Group and Communications REA, we took a series of actions to develop Zhoushan market, including a seminar of cryogenic quick-freezing technique held in Zhoushan, in order to help potential customers to theoretically understand the importance of cryogenic quick freezing to the freshness and quality preservation of seafood. To allow potential customers of cryogenic quick freezing to witness and experience the advantages of Linde’s Individual Quick Freezing technique and the benefits of the application for seafood products, Asia-pacific Application team manufactured and provided a portable CRYOLINE®CW multi-purpose freezer, greatly helped to demonstrate quick freezing application to customers on site.
On 26 January 2016, Linde’s national tour of gaseous food application solutions in Zhoushan was successfully held in Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel, attracting a total of around 50 potential customers to actively participate in the event. During the seminar, we comprehensively introduced the cryogenic quick freezing applications to potential customers. We were well prepared in advance and invited Professor Yang Zhijian from Institute of Oceanography, Zhejiang University, as an opinion leader from academic institution to give a lecture to customers during the event, explaining significance of cryogenic quick freezing to the freshness of products. Meanwhile, we also displayed portable cryogenic quick freezer outside the venue, which deeply impressed the attendees, laying a solid foundation for the launch of cryogenic freezing applications this year. This event featured rich contents and various formats, including company induction, keynote speech, on site display and much more.
Linde’s new CRYOLINE®CW multi-purpose freezer is a set of efficient cryogenic freezing equipment with multiple functions, superior quality and wide applications. It applies to a wide range of food products other than seafood, such as pies, pizza toppings, fruits and prepared foods. In the next few years, we will continue to make efforts to promote cryogenic freezing applications, aiming to make it widely accept by domestic key markets and by customers.
