林德气体(合肥)有限公司拥有一支专业的客户工程服务团队(CES)，成功地为安徽地区MPG客户提供优质服务，提升了客户体验，同时为公司带来较 大成本节约。近年来，中国经济大环境持续低迷，华东地区MPG市场也受到较大影响，市场竞争愈演愈烈。为支持MPG业务发展，整合CES资源，华东业务团 队和CES团队共同提出建立合肥工程及材料中心，扩展合肥维修团队安装和服务范围，并引入精益六西格玛团队牵头项目实施。
2015年9月份，项目团队建立。团队成员首先对林德合肥CES团队进行了摸底，在详实的数据基础上核定了标准安装成本。借鉴此前已经成立运行的厦 门材料中心的运作经验，通过与厦门工程中心进行比对，团队发现了东区CES在材料、安装施工等方面的改进潜力，对现有CES标准气站的标准材料及标准成本 进行了更新，由此节省约24%的安装成本。
Thanks to a professional Customer Engineering & Service (CES) Centre, Linde Gas (Hefei) Co, Ltd. manages to render first-rate services to MPG customers in Anhui region to realize significant improvement in customer experience and cost saving. In recent years, the depression of economic environment in China remains and MPG market in East China has also been gravely affected, with market competition intensified day by day. To support MPG’s business development and integrate CES resources, East China business team and CES team worked together to establish Hefei engineering and materials center, expand the installation and service scope of Hefei maintenance team, with Lean 6 Sigma team to lead the project implementation.
The project team was established in September 2015. First, team members assessed Linde Hefei CES team thoroughly and ratified standard installation costs based on detailed data. According to the operational experiences of Xiamen Materials Center that have been put into operation before and comparison with Xiamen Engineering Center, the team has found the potential for improvement of Eastern CES in materials, installation, construction, etc, and has upgraded the standard materials and standard costs of existing CES gas station, thus saving about 24% installation cost.
Since then, the team has conducted economic analysis on the existing businesses of Linde Hefei CES and proposed that Linde Hefei CES team will focus on the engineering installation of higher added value and outsource equipment manufacture and some other lower value-added projects.
Finally, under the participation of all parties, the project team developed an internal supplier selection process for CES Eastern Region Installation Project and identified the priority service scope of Hefei CES.
In December 2015, the process was formally implemented, and number of installation projects increased from 4-5 per month previously to 7-8 per month in current stage. According to estimation, the implementation of this project will save approximately RMB 0.4 million Yuan cost for the company and increase up to about RMB 1.6 million Yuan sales on a yearly basis.
